MasakKatRumah is a marketplace platform that connects home cooks with customers. We are a technology platform only. We do not prepare, package, or deliver food. All food is prepared by independent home cooks.

2. No Liability for Food
MasakKatRumah Sdn Bhd is not responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, or suitability of any food listed on our platform. Customers order at their own risk. Any disputes regarding food quality must be resolved directly with the cook.

3. Cook Responsibility
All cooks are independent operators. They are solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene standards, halal compliance, and accurate dish descriptions. MasakKatRumah does not verify halal certifications unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery
Delivery is handled by Lalamove, a third-party logistics provider. MasakKatRumah is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or issues caused by the delivery partner.

5. Payments
Payments are processed via TNG eWallet or DuitNow bank transfer for every delivered order. You can kumpul & withdraw on request. MasakKatRumah collects platform fee from each order.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We collect your name, phone, and address only to facilitate food delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely in our server and accessed only by MasakKatRumah admins and the cook fulfilling your order.

By placing an order, you consent to sharing your contact details with the cook and Lalamove for delivery purposes.
